These template roles and views which determine database, menu, location, and product access and privileges can then be assigned to users, enabling you to restrict user access and filter sensitive data. Flexible Reporting

Our solutions provide dynamic reporting based on a variety of issue/complaint information. Reports can be generated in PDF, Excel and other popular formats. Report 'templates' with user save parameters can be created and saved with public, group or user access privileges. You can run your reports in real time, or submit them to batch and have them e-mailed back to you upon completion. You can also schedule your reports once and have them run daily, weekly, monthly, etc. We also give you the ability for true AdHoc reporting. We allow you to select the data you want, in the sequence you want with the criteria you want, all within an easy and intuitive interface.
